Join to Capitalism or not?

For the past few decades, third world is developing in various field in their country until now. The one that they are building is their economy. While countries that have been developed for a long time are also developing their economy at this time. An increasingly changing era with increasingly sophisticated technology requires all country in the world to develop their respective economies and they compete with each other in the end. That competition will not only last for the next 2 to 5 years, but will be higher for decades to come. For the first world countries that have become more advanced to be developed country or in other words rich country, this competition will be competitive with the other first world country to create or even to make the most sophisticated technology. But there are also serious problems that will certainly be advanced by countries in the third world. The countries that are still struggling to make their economy better must  fight harder so that they are not left behind with the changing times. So, the question is must they (the third world) use the economic system that have been applied by the countries in the first world (capitalist)?

In my opinion, countries in the third world should follow the economic system of countries in the first world. Actually developing countries can still run their economic systems to advance their economies. But the problem is if they continue to run their economic system, can they become developed countries like in the first world? It may difficult for countries in the third world to equal with the developed countries in the first world. Maybe if they still use their economic system and fix what is in them, they will be able to make their economic condition better. But in general they have not been able to equal their position with developed countries that have used the capitalist economic system. This is because investment and international trade carried out by large companies in the world prefer to the first world countries that is more profitable than in third world countries. It finally makes world wealth grow in the rich countries or the first world countries.

But what about the capitalist system itself? By using the capitalist system, the country's economy is held by private parties which will make competition between another private parties in the country. That competition will require them to produce goods of better quality. Goods with better quality are of course sold at a higher price. This makes people in the country inevitably use these more expensive items and basically will require people to work harder to get these items. The velocity of money in a country that is experiencing it has increased and in the end can make the country both more advanced in quality and richer in terms of the economy. Eventually this will make the countries of the third world compete each other to advance their country and moreover if they can compete with the first world countries that have been advanced.

A system must have advantages and disadvantages. As well as capitalist systems which have disadvantages. Parties who want to compete in the capitalist system will definitely compete with other parties in the country. But do all parties want to compete to lead a better life? Of course not all want to compete. There are parties who just surrender to the situation although their country has struggled to become a developed country. It is feared that those who want to compete will be more advanced while those who only surrender will be worse and eventually abandoned. It will certainly inhibit the progress of the country. In one hand there are parties who want to fight, while in the other hand there are parties who do not want to be invited to step towards progress. To make the state become advanced, it requires one or the same mindset to get that progress. Everyone should have the same mindset to advance their country. Those who do not want to be invited to go forward should have a mindset that striving to become a developed country will make their lives to be better quality in the future. With the better lives quality will certainly provide benefits for every people.

So, what can we leave as a legacy for the next generation? We as the nation's young generation must have more advanced mindset than adults. While still young we can learn as much as possible from various sources. We can learn various things both from within our own country and in the international world, especially learning from developed countries. We can learn by seeing how they work on their own country so that it can finally make their country become advanced. After that when we grow up, we can practice it for our lives, for our country, to make the country go in a better direction or even become a developed country. Of course the attitude to continue learning and working hard needs to be given to the next generation so that when they grow up, they can continue our efforts to advance our country.
