Meeting the demand
How to meet the demand of the third world challenge to join the capitalism and its legacy.

Third World country has been known with a lot of challenges in many matter such as overpopulation, shortage of food and water, lack of power/power resources, lack of infrastructure (transportation/power transmission/communication/health/education), no social security/benefits/exploitation, corruption and government red-tape, environment degradation, lack of professionals and specialists, and etc. To meet these demand to join the capitalism country wont be easy.
Capitalism have its own characteristics such as lack of government intervention, means of production owned by private firms and goods and services distributed according to price mechanism. Capitalism ensure more room and space (freedom) for not only the government but also for the society. Capitalism also has it own cons such as risk that will arise monopoly or carter, fails to provide equality (of opportunity, of outcome, and social division). as there are cons, there are pros too, Capitalism encourage innovation, efficient, freedom (as mention before) and can boost economic growth.
At a glance to meet the demand of the third world challenge to join the capitalism sounds impossible and only will lead to a huge mistake. the problems that exist on Third World country also exist on Capitalism thus it wont solve anything. but that only happen if the government apply a pure-theory capitalism. a Third World country can be a capitalism country with some modification in the process until the society can stand by itself.
To become a capitalism, a Third World country must change its economic from depending on the government to individual. dismiss policy where government can interference the social firms. and let the markets determine the price of products by supplies and demands. to become a well-established capitalism country, the following must be done. Improving the qualities of human resources, establishing new policies to support and protect not only the government, but also the socials. policies such as making sure that cartel or monopoly wont happen, making sure that private and public sectors have a healthy competition, and that all have the same equality of opportunity.
First most known Third world country problem will be overpopulation. Overpopulation itself is not a problem but the problems is what follow it such as hunger, uneven education, unemployment, and high crime-rate. overpopulation is a problem because the government cant manage it human resources. analogically speaking, it's the same having a lot of materials, but does not know how to process it into things that are desired. to make a valuable or worth human resources the following aspect must be paid attention, education and health. a healthy person but without education will worth null, but an educated person but sick will also worth null.
To improve education in the society of course the government must provide it. Most people misunderstood that to improve the education, there have to be a large amount of schools and a large amount of staffs. This is the quantity. just by paying attention to quantity wont be enough, the quality aspects must also be fulfill. "one spartan is worth more than a hundred soldiers" one trained teachers is better than a teachers that work only to get paid. especially when the capitalism system can only work where there are competition that is fueled with highly innovative people.
To improve the health in the society is actually not that difficult. when the society education improve, the health tends to also improve. the government only need to provides the power and supply for medication (vaccines, hospitals, clinics, doctors,). other than medication there are also healthy food and water that must be provide.
Second most known Third World country problem is the government itself, corruption, collusion, and nepotism. solving these problem will be hard. other big country need long time even hundreds to complement its government. by time the country will learn and know how to prevent it. new regulation will have to be created and revised dozens even hundreds time before it meet the demand. what the country need will be a clean, honest, benevolent government. also the fact that labors can be tricked to work really hard but with little amount of payment. this is why a benevolent government is needed.
The next problem that is now considered globally is environment degradation. this is mostly because there are no regulation from the country's government, even if there are regulations. it's not strictly watched or there are no real penalty for those who broke it. why is it such a big thing? at the old days people didn't consider it as a big problem because only few that felt the effect. Now with more discoveries and researches it has been found that a environment degradation in one country not only affect that areal, but also the whole world. like having a big ship with a hole on one of it side, of course the water will only leak in that side, but the whole ship could sink because of it. The capitalism prioritize profit beyond anything including the labor and environment. this is why regulations are important, so firms wont cross the line. Eco-friendly must be highly supported.
By this way, a Third World country will turn into a solid capitalism country, with minimize side effects. of course this couldn't be done in a flick. it will need time, a lots of need.
This way we can leave the next generation something more important than items, which is hope. with this we can ensure that they will have the education they needed, they will grow as healthy as possible, they will get their jobs, they do not have to worry being unemployed, they will have a another day to see the green environment, they will live even better than us.
